This is the snowflake you can make if you follow the instructions below, (in the wrong order but you'll get the jist, start on 23rd Aug) but if you want a challenge try making a real Koch Snowflake:
And if you want a real challenge, go to this blog, http://scienceblogs.com/chaoticutopia/2007/12/fractal_paper_snowflakes_fract.php, it's where I found inspiration to make my own snowflakes but I honestly have no idea how she made hers! After folding the paper into thirds and making and equilateral triangle, I could not work out how to go any further. Perhaps you will have more success!
